What to consider while residing within the territory of Fox Lodge

1. Working hours of Fox Lodge from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
2. Access to the Fox Lodge territory shall be made upon prior application.
3. Traffic speed shall not exceed 10 km/hour.
4. Observation of road and information signs is mandatory.
5. Transport traffic is allowed only from the checkpoint (entrance/exit) to the parking area.
6. Children under 18 are allowed only accompanied by an adult person.
7. Presence of pets (cats, dogs) within the territory is allowed only with a veterinary passport. Pets movements are allowed only on the leash. Pets walking is allowed only with their master or dog expert within the areas marked with special plates.
8. While walking around the territory pay attention to information and warning signs.
9. Observation of safety instructions while shooting is obligatory. Transportation of loaded weapons is prohibited.
10. Fishing is allowed only for the guests staying in the hotels and cottages and for owners of our club cards (VIP, Profi, Profi-master, and Fitness). You may use only permitted tackles while fishing: fly-fishing, fishing rod, spinning, zherlitsy, and circles.
11. Do not harm the surrounding flora and fauna: do not disturb the animals, do not damage the lawns, bushes, trees, do not collect mushrooms and berries; use only walking paths for hiking.
12. While floating with boats and catamarans use life vests and life buoys.
13. Do not walk in beachwear or with naked torso outside the beach area.
14. Do not individually drive the electric car.
15. Do not disturb other visitors. The following is strongly prohibited: drinking alcohol in the beach area, in the Kids Area and other inappropriate places; insulting other visitors, making noise from 11 p.m. till 9 a.m. (loud music in your room, automobile; screaming, whistling, loud singing); driving a vehicle (excluding bikes) in the zones where the sign No Entry applies; damaging property of Fox Lodge Ltd. and its visitors.
16. Photo and video shooting, starting a fire are prohibited. Salutes and fireworks are allowed only with prior permission of Administration.
17. Smoking is allowed in specially designated places. Smoking in cottages and hotels is prohibited.

Please, pay attention to the following:

1. Fox Lodge services are paid under the price-lists.
2. Owners of VIP, Profi, Profi-master, and Fitness club cards shall have the privileges for servicing.
3. VIP-area is designed only for the VIP and Profi-master cards holders.
4. Administration shall not be liable for consequences of your active rest and safety of your belongings.
5. Administration reserves the right to suspend membership with the Club and to refuse servicing due to any breaches of these Rules, as well as impose any material damage (according to the approved price-list).
6. Shooting training can only be carried out by instructors who have passed the certification of Fox Lodge.

Правила пребывания на территории комплекса «Лисья нора» (далее «Комплекс»)

1. Общие положения

1.1. Настоящие Правила являются обязательными на территории Комплекса.

1.2. Въезд осуществляется по предварительной заявке.

1.3. Скорость движения транспорта не более 10 км/час.

1.4. Соблюдение требований дорожных и информационных знаков обязательно.

1.5. Личный автотранспорт посетителей размещается на парковке.

1.6. Выгул/перемещение животных по территории Комплекса осуществляется в соответствии с требованиями ст. 66 Закона Московской области от 30.12.2014 N 191/2014-ОЗ «О благоустройстве в Московской области» (http://www.mosoblduma.ru/Zakoni/Zakoni_Moskovskoj_oblasti/item/29385/).

1.7. Рыбалка для проживающих и владельцев карт SPORT и VIP с использованием следующих снастей: удочка, спиннинг, жерлицы, кружки и нахлыст в любое время и без ограничений. (Оплата за улов по Прейскуранту).

1.8. Питание и распитие спиртных напитков возможно только в местах проживания, ресторанах и барах, на специально оборудованной площадке барбекю.

2. В целях обеспечения безопасности и комфорта

2.1. Запрещается:

• заряженное оружие транспортировать или переносить;
• находиться на плавсредствах без спасательных жилетов или кругов;
• костры/открытый огонь;
• салюты и фейерверки.

2.2. Не разрешается:

• самостоятельно управлять электромобилем;
• пешие прогулки по территории Комплекса вне пешеходных дорожек;
• наносить вред окружающей флоре и фауне, повреждать газоны, кустарники, деревья;
• собирать грибы и ягоды;
• беспокоить и кормить животных.

2.3. Считается нарушением:

• купальная одежда и обнажённый торс вне пляжной зоны;
• громкая музыка и пение с 23–00 до 9–00.

3. Прочие условия

3.1. ООО «Лисья нора» не несёт ответственность за:

• последствия вашего активного отдыха (включая нахождение в воде и на льду);
• нарушение правил пожарной безопасности;
• нарушение правил безопасности при проведении стрельб и оборота оружия;
• сохранность личных вещей, оставленных без присмотра на территории Комплекса.

3.2. Несоблюдение настоящих Правил, дает право администрации отказать в предоставлении услуг в одностороннем порядке, а также потребовать оплаты штрафных санкций.

3.3. Посетитель несёт гражданско-правовую ответственность за вред, причиненный имуществу Комплекса или имуществу третьих лиц, расположенному на территории Комплекса, в том числе в результате действий принадлежащих посетителю животных.
