Rules for reservation

Booking shall be made by leaving a request on the website www.foxlodge.ru or via::

Cancelling or changing a request:
- Requests can be cancelled and terms of the booking can be changed not later than 3 days before the check-in date.
- All the messages regarding cancellation and changing of requests shall be sent to booking@foxlodge.ru
- In case a client didn’t cancel a booking, the service is considered delivered and the part of prepayment, amounting to one night rate, is not refunded
Check-in and check-out:
- Check-in – at 3 p.m.
- Check-out – at 12 p.m
- Check-in before 3 p.m. and check-out after 12 p.m. are subject to additional payment amounting to a half of one night rate.
Prices include 18% VAT.
When special offers apply, standard rates can be changed.
Fox Lodge club card discounts are made only if a booking is paid for by a club card holder’s credit card.
A room/cottage is considered booked only after the sum for the whole stay is paid and a confirmation with a booking number is received. Confirmation is sent to the email address stated in the request.
After a booking confirmation is received, data necessary for issuing passes for automobiles shall be provided (brand and registration number of each vehicle; first, last names and the number of guests).
At the check-in desk a document of identification (original of passport) shall be presented. A cottage/room is provided only if a client presents his passport. If a client does not provide the passport, the booking is cancelled and a penalty amounting to one night rate is charged.
Smoking is prohibited in all the cottages and rooms. Penalty for each breach of this rule amounts to 5 000 rubles.
Accommodation with pets is subject to permission of administration.
